How Much Does a Power of Attorney Cost?

Are you wondering how much does a power of attorney cost? Watch this video. Then give our Buffalo estate planning lawyers a call. We would love to help.

We are often asked whether a power of attorney is necessary. I strongly recommend Powers of Attorney, in which you can authorize a person and an alternate to take care of your financial transactions if you are unable to do so. The cost is only $79 for each Power of Attorney. The Power of Attorney can either go into effect immediately or it can go into effect at a future time, which is known as a Springing Power of Attorney. We also highly recommend that people complete the Gift Rider that’s part of the Power of Attorney, which can be very helpful in emergency Medicaid planning.
