Question:
How long is it going to take to resolve my construction accident injury claim?
Answer:
When someone comes into our office, they want to know how long their case is going to take after they’ve fallen or been injured somehow on a construction site. We always get around to the question, “How long does it take?” Most times, we are unable to tell somebody exactly how long it will take, but as a general rule, the length of their case will really be dependent on the nature and the extent of their injuries.
Very often in construction site cases, those injuries are very severe. Somebody has fallen from a height and sustained some pretty serious injuries, including fractures and sometimes traumatic brain injuries. The more serious the injuries, as a rule of thumb, generally the longer the case will take. Sometimes, cases can be resolved in a matter of months, or maybe up to a year, but in other cases, it can take significantly longer.
