Mr. Ranzenhofer and his attorneys were great! My case was handled quickly and I got a great result – $300,000. I fell at my doctor’s office, so I knew it was a hard case. Mr. Ranzenhofer developed a strategy that got me a great result. I highly recommend Mr. Ranzenhofer and his team of attorneys.

Did you get injured at work and have questions about notifying management after a construction accident? Watch this video and give us a call.

        Question:

Should I notify management if I was injured on a construction accident?

        Answer:

If you’re injured in a construction accident, very often what will happen is many people will be on site. Your boss will be notified immediately, either by you or by other people on site. If for some reason your boss or your company is not made aware of what’s going on, there absolutely should be notification to your boss or your employer of what happened. It is not, however, something that you should do yourself. You really want to try to insulate yourself from having any direct conversation about the claim.

Generally, what is best is to call us up. We would then call on your behalf and notify your boss or employer, if they have not already been notified, of what happened and provide some additional details. We don’t want you or anybody who’s been injured in the construction site accident to be making recorded statements and saying or writing things down that are then going to come back and hurt you as you pursue your claim.
