Welcome….I’d like to take a few moments to introduce myself. My name is Bob Friedman.

Attorney Mike Ranzenhofer and I are the managing partners of the Buffalo law firm of Friedman & Ranzenhofer, P.C.

We’ve been helping Buffalo area residents since 1955 when my father started this firm. So it’s very likely that we’ve had the chance to assist one of your friends or family members with their legal issues over the years.

Upcoming Workshops

“A New York Lease Drafting Workshop” will be presented by Robert Friedman, Attorney and “Management-Free Investment Strategies” will be presented by Russell J Gullo at the next Buffalo Investors & Exchangors Group meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 7 PM at the Millennium Hotel, 2040 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga, New York. Robert Friedman is a partner in the law firm of Friedman & Ranzenhofer, PC and author of “How to Survive Legally as a Landlord.

Drawing on over thirty-six years of experience representing landlords, he will detail how landlords can protect their rights, expedite evictions and limit liability with the right lease language. All of the necessary lease clauses will be explained, including security deposits, repairs, utilities, late charges, pets, illegal activities, added rent, attorney’s fees, and restrictions on subletting and alterations. Common lease drafting mistakes will also be presented. According to Mr. Friedman, “illegal or ambiguous clauses may render the lease useless and expose the landlord to lawsuits. Landlords need to know what can and cannot legally be included in the lease.” The meeting is free and open to the public. Call (716) 675-1500 or complete the Contact Form on this page for reservations.

“FOURTEEN WAYS TO PRESERVE YOUR ASSETS WITH THE MEDICAID LAWS” will be presented at the Noco Pavilion, 450 Ensminger Road, Tonawanda, NY on Tuesday , November 10, 2015 at 4:00 pm.
