Buffalo Investors & Exchangors Group: Seminar January 17th

Buffalo Investors & Exchangors GroupThe Tuesday, January 17th, meeting of the Buffalo Investors & Exchangors Group (B.I.E.G.), will feature a Panel discussion with 3 experts in real estate investing. The meeting will be held at the Millennium Hotel, located at 2040 Walden Avenue, Cheektowaga (next to the Walden Galleria Mall). The meeting is free and open to the public. Registration is at 6:45 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. A free buffet will be served.

Larry O’Toole, a Certified Exchange Advisor and National Exchange Coordinator for the R. J GULLO COMPANIES, will be the moderator for the Meeting.

The following three (3) real estate professionals will make up the panel. Each member of the panel is an expert in their respective field.

Russell J. Gullo, CCIM, CEA, who is a certified exchange advisor, chief executive officer, of the R. J. GULLO COMPANIES, which is a “Qualified Intermediary For 1031 Exchanges & Real Estate Investment Specialists” will answer any questions involving 1031 Exchanges, including the acquisition and disposition of income-producing property. Russell has been in the real estate investment/1031 exchange business for over 35 years and has structured over 15,000 1031 Exchanges.

Jim Lawson is the President of Real Property Management of Greater Buffalo with  over 20 years of experience and will answer questions relating to property management.

At the Meeting Jim will explain some of the basic and advanced property management techniques that can be employed whether you own a single family rental or a two hundred unit multifamily community.

Robert Friedman of the Friedman & Ranzenhofer, PC law firm and is the author of “How to Survive Legally as a Landlord.  Drawing on over thirty-six years of experience representing landlords, Bob will answer all questions relating to the legal procedures that owners of income-producing real estate encounter on a daily basis.
