Mr. Ranzenhofer and his attorneys were great! My case was handled quickly and I got a great result – $300,000. I fell at my doctor’s office, so I knew it was a hard case. Mr. Ranzenhofer developed a strategy that got me a great result. I highly recommend Mr. Ranzenhofer and his team of attorneys.

        Question:

I was forced off the road by a driver causing injury, do I have a claim?

        Answer:

If you’re in a motorcycle crash and the other driver forced you off the road or did something reckless, negligent or careless, you certainly have a claim against that other driver. If you’re injured in a motorcycle crash, one of the things you need to do immediately is to get that medical treatment, see your lawyer, and pursue any claim that you might have against the other driver.

If you’re the driver of a car, you have to be extra careful when you see a motorcycle on the road. You can’t cut the motorcyclist off. You can’t do things that violate the rules of the road. You have to operate safely. If the other driver doesn’t operate safely, and you’re the driver or the passenger on a motorcycle, you then have a claim against that other driver who was driving recklessly, carelessly, or negligently.
