We are often asked how much we charge for wills and what the procedure is to have a will prepared or updated. We have a will information sheet that is available on our website or we can mail it or email it to you if you call us. The will information sheet is completed by the client and then the first appointment is scheduled, in which we discuss what your particular wishes are for the preparation of your will, who you would like to appoint as executors or trustees, if there is specific personal property or real estates you want to leave to certain people, as well as you can leave specific dollar amounts to your beneficiaries.
