Judge Determines Woman's Ownership of Home Purchased by Greece Home Health Aide Using Her Funds

The lawsuit seeks to compel the sale of the house to recover McCleod’s money, but a specific sale date has not been scheduled yet. Alpha Harris was not present in court on Thursday, but she is set to be arraigned on criminal charges next week.
